- Pro 账号仅限本人使用,最多可在 3 台设备/浏览器上登录(同时使用最多 2 台),不得共享或转售。
- Pro 订阅自动续费,可随时取消;不限次数受合理使用政策约束,Pro 的 AI 翻译设有合理的每月用量上限。如调整价格,我们会至少提前 30 天通过邮件通知现有订阅用户。退款见退款政策。
- 服务按"现状"提供。聊天网站改版可能导致功能暂时失效。

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Chuyi browser extension (the "Extension") and the website translate.chuyi.ai (together, the "Service"), provided by Chuyi, operated by an individual sole proprietor based in Saskatchewan, Canada ("Chuyi", "we", "us"). You can contact us by email at hi@translate.chuyi.ai. We will update these Terms with our company entity name once business registration is complete. By installing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Chuyi translates chat messages on supported third-party web chat sites using third-party translation providers. Chuyi is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any chat platform. All product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Features marked "Coming soon" on our website, including the Voice membership and voice-message transcription, are not available yet. They are not part of any current plan, and buying a current plan does not give you access to them.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU/UK), and old enough to form a binding contract where you live to buy a subscription.
3. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Extension for its intended purpose. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer (except as permitted by law), or redistribute the Extension, or share your license key with others.
One account, several browsers. A Pro subscription is for one person. You may use it on up to 3 devices or browsers registered to your account, with up to 2 in use at the same time. You may not share your account or sign-in with other people, or resell access. We may sign out devices over the limit, and we may suspend accounts that are shared or resold.
4. Your responsibilities
- Follow the terms and rules of the chat platforms you use with Chuyi. You are responsible for the messages you send.
- Do not use the Service to send spam, harass others, commit fraud, or break any law.
- Do not abuse, overload, scrape, or try to bypass the limits of the Service or its translation providers.
- Do not use the Service to translate content you have no right to share with third-party translation providers.
5. Translation accuracy
Machine and AI translation can be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate in tone. Do not rely on translations for legal, medical, financial, safety-critical, or other important matters without checking them independently. You are responsible for reviewing messages before sending.
6. Third-party services
The Service depends on third-party chat sites and translation providers (such as Google, and third-party AI translation providers). We do not control them. Their changes, outages, or limits may affect the Service, and supported sites or features may change or stop working temporarily. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms.
7. Subscriptions and payments
- Pro is offered as a monthly or yearly subscription. Prices are shown on the Pricing page and at checkout, and may exclude taxes.
- Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's Buyer Terms also apply.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
- If we change prices, we will tell existing subscribers by email at least 30 days in advance. The new price applies from your next renewal after that notice, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
- Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
8. Fair use
"Unlimited" features are intended for normal personal or business chatting by one person. To protect the Service, Pro AI translation is subject to reasonable monthly usage limits, and we may throttle or suspend accounts with automated, bulk, or abusive usage.
9. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the Extension. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required by law. We may change or discontinue the Service; if we discontinue a paid plan, we will refund the unused portion of any prepaid subscription.
10. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or business, arising from your use of the Service or any translation. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer-protection laws that cannot be waived.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. The courts of Saskatchewan have jurisdiction, except where your local consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here with a new "Last updated" date and, for material changes, give notice in advance. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
